The Glory And The Sanctuary
“The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress, the pine, and the box tree together, to beautify the place of My sanctuary; and I will make the place of My feet glorious.” Isaiah 60:13
Let me tell you a truth that you must never forget: If you want to enjoy divine wealth you must become passionate about the house of God. I’m not talking about just having a feeling or always being present, I’m talking about ensuring that the needs of the house of God and His kingdom are always met. When you become addicted to meeting the needs of His House and beautifying His sanctuary, you have positioned yourself for supernatural wealth.
It’s always tied to the House. In Malachi 3:10 it says, “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, THAT THERE MAY BE FOOD IN MY HOUSE, and try Me now in this,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.” And Psalm 122:6&9 says, “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May they prosper who love you. BECAUSE OF THE HOUSE OF THE LORD OUR GOD I will seek your good.” Your prosperity is connected to your love for His house!
That’s why David prospered exceedingly. He set his affection for the house of God and gave “over and above” to the house of God (1 Chronicles 29:3). 1 Chronicles 26:27 says that some of the spoils won in battles was dedicated to maintain the house of the Lord. No wonder he never lost a battle!
You want God to prosper you? You want the glory of Lebanon to come to you? Become addicted to beautifying His sanctuary and making the place of His feet glorious!
